Salty Speech (Again)

(Off the subject already, for the record, I drove 50 MPH in a 45 zone this morning.)

Now for the meat of today's post:

"Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone." (Colossians 4:5-6, NLT)

I don't even think I want to try to give more insight into that Word.

Okay, maybe I want to try. As that moment hits you today -- the one where you could have spoken graciously but didn't, or the one where you're about to say something venemous instead of kind -- may God place these verses in your mind.

NI-712, baby! :-) (Search the blog for that -- I can't embed a link from my BlackBerry.)

Yep, strange comment by the previous commenter (I assume it'll be gone before too long).

Wise words, as always. Here's your link.

As far as speeding... I once had the opportunity to go see one of my favorite bands in concert (ok, not a Christian artist; if you must know, it was the Rolling Stones, back in the 80s, in Birmingham), but had to pay a speeding ticket instead. Going to watch a movie now...
