"Do everything without complaining and arguing..." (Philippians 2:14, NLT)
Clearly, Paul is saying here that we are to "do everything," right?
Nope -- of course not! This is an example of how to read a passage incorrectly. From experience, I've found that if we actually try to do everything, chances are good that we will eventually complain and argue.
